The Warfighter Information Network - Tactical (WIN-T) is a mobile, command, control and communications network that securely connects soldiers with team members, commanders and headquarters from even the most isolated locations on Earth. Connecting soldiers to WIN-T Increment 2 are the General Dynamics Mission Systems-developed AN/PRC-155 two-channel Manpack and AN/PRC-154A Rifleman tactical radios that ensure soldiers' voices are heard, their texts received and their location continuously visible to commanders for the first time.
