Przemyslowy Instytut Telekomunikacji now is a part of PIT-RADWAR S.A.

PIT-RADWAR S.A. was founded on December 30, 2011, by merging the three companies which had been active in the defence sector for several decades:

• Przemysłowy Instytut Telekomunikacji S.A. (Telecommunications Research Institute S.A.)
• Centrum Naukowo-Produkcyjne Elektroniki Profesjonalnej RADWAR S.A. (The Science-Production Centre of Professional Electronics)
• Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjne Podzespołów Elektronicznych „DOLAM” S.A.

PIT-RADWAR S.A. is one of the biggest and most important companies in the sector of Poland’s defence system, as well as one of the leading providers in the area of professional electronics for the Polish Armed Forces.
