Did you know that Saab has a turnkey support and maintenance contract with the Swedish Coast Guard’s three Dash 8 aircraft? The support contract means that Saab on a daily basis has overall responsibility for technical maintenance and support of the aircraft, contributing to the Swedish Coast Guard’s ability to conduct maritime surveillance and rescue at sea. 
 

Defence and security company Saab has signed a contract with Airbus to become a supplier of composite work on the A330neo programme. This contract is Saab’s first work package on the A330neo and gives Saab a key role on this fast-growing, successful Airbus widebody aircraft programme. 
 

BRASILIA --- Brazil purchased an idea, not just an aircraft, when the government picked the deal proposed by Swedish company SAAB to provide 36 fighter jets for the nation’s Air Force. The Gripen E/F has less than 10% of its components in common with the previous C/D model, is 800 kilograms heavier, and also has a wider fuselage and slightly less wing-surface.
