In relation to the sections of the Site (containing information about legislation, guidelines, procurement tenders, contracts e.t.c.), while every reasonable effort has been made to ensure the accuracy and currency of the contents of each section, Users/ Visitors should seek further clarification from the implementing authorities of the countries concerned before relying on the information contained therein, as ARMSCOM OÜ cannot accept responsibility for any consequences that may arise if Users/ Visitors fail to do this. The User/Visitor hereby acknowledges that any reliance upon any materials shall be at the User's/Visitor's sole risk.

ARMSCOM OÜ is not liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Site, or for any loss or damage of any nature caused to any person as a result of the use of the Site even if ARMSCOM OÜ is advised of the possibility of such damages.

Since use of and access to the Site depends, in part, on third parties whose performance is outside of ARMSCOM OÜ control, the parties further and expressly disclaim all liability for damages arising from any failure in the transmission or receipt of data due to (a) causes beyond the reasonable control of ARMSCOM OÜ or (b) causes which are not reasonably foreseeable by ARMSCOM OÜ including, but not limited to, interruption or failure of communication or digital transmission links and Internet slow-downs or failures. The User shall defend, indemnify and hold ARMSCOM OÜ harmless from and against any claim, liability, loss, injury, damage, cost or expense (including attorneys' fees) incurred by ARMSCOM OÜ or any data provider to any third party arising out of or from any use by User/Provider of the Site.
