Russia and the United Arab Emirates signed a memorandum on intention of the latter to purchase Sukhoi planes, the CEO of the Rostec State Corporation said Monday.
"The Emirati side signed a memorandum on intentions to buy Sukhoi planes," Sergey Chemezov said during the IDEX-2017 military expo.
