Underwater SquidTape™ is a silicone-based, non-sticky, non-adhesive tape which can be used on land and also under water.  It is highly stretchy and can be used to form a water-tight seal around objects as well as securely affixing them to a target.  It only adheres to itself making handling easy, even when done with cold hands, when wearing gloves or under water.

Underwater SquidTape™ is used both on land an under water.  It can stretch up to 300% and operates under high temperatures.  It can be used to affix an object to a target.  It is also used for holding irregular shapes that traditional clamps cannot handle.  It is self-bonding and will not damage surfaces.  It can be used to form a water-tight seal and can be used to prevent corrosion.
