This cartridge is designed to be fired, forgunnery training, from the 25mm KBA, M242 Bushmaster and 25mm Nexter M811 gunsystems.

This cartridge is a Target Practice Fin Stabilized Discarding Sabot projectile with Tracer (TPFSDS-T) type. It consists of a subcalibre finstabilized steel projectile launched by meansof a lightweight sabot. The tracer element iscontained within the aluminium alloy tail. The projectile is ballistically similar to the standard APFSDS ammunition to a range of 1,000 meters. It has a maximum range of less than 4,500meters.
