The Nocturn 720p HD-SDI camera uses Photonis’ award-winning CMOS image sensor technology to provide unsurpassed day through night imaging capabilities, in either monochrome or color without additional illumination or a secondary technology. Nocturn offers a small size, weight and power package with an industry standard video interface for a compact package that supports high definition video in both day or night time lighting conditions. The IPTV kit is offered with a choice of lenses to support even long range surveillance.

Nocturn 720P HD-SDI CAMERA WITH IPTV KIT

The Photonis IPTV Kit combines a 720p HD-SDI day though night Nocturn camera with an objective lens and an H.264 internet protocol (IP) video encoder to transmit images over standard CAT5 Ethernet links and viewed by most management software used in CCTV applications.

The HD-SDI IPTV Kit provides superior camera performance in both day to quarter moon light without IR illumination at a full 60Hz, with low power consumption and rugged construction. The included H.264 IP video encoder enables the camera to be viewed by most RTSP and ONVIF compliant video software used in CCTV applications for drop camera or persistent surveillance monitoring.

The Nocturn 720p HD-SDI core is a rugged low light imaging core that features high-definition resolution, high sensitivity and high dynamic range with low power consumption. Powered by Photonis’ 1 inch optical format 1280×1024 pixels Lynx CMOS sensor, the Nocturn provides real-time imaging capabilities (from daylight to one quarter moon scene illumination) in the visible and near infrared spectrum in either monochrome or color. Its small size, weight and power (SwaP) make this core module ideal for integration into mobile and hand-held surveillance systems.

Nocturn HD-SDI Camera is powered by the Kameleon Color CMOS imaging sensor, or the Lynx CMOS monochrome sensor, both optimized for low light level imaging.
