Jankel has brought to the market the only fully Hot-Formed Toyota Land Cruiser 200.  This advanced method of protection makes the Jankel TLC 200 the class-leading and cost-effective solution, increasingly being chosen by discerning military, NGO and government organisations across the world.

The Hot-Formed technology replaces the jigsaw of hundreds of flat pieces of armour that is used in conventional armouring, with just 31 pieces.

The vehicle has passed comprehensive live fire testing in accordance with BRV 2009 and ERV 2010 at an independent testing house in Germany. Additionally the vehicle has been certified to meet the requirements of M1 Passenger vehicles in Europe.

AEP-55 Hybrid-3 dummy

Testing also undertaken using a Hybrid-3 dummy to record and validate further all the forces sustained to the occupant during the blast events.
