User Training

At Hall & Watts we understand that the equipment we supply to the customers is key in allowing them to perform their tasks. In order to ensure that the customer is fully proficient with their equipment we are in a position to offer user and trainer (T3) training in conjunction with the purchase of the equipment by qualified and fully proficient instructors.

The instructors at Hall & Watts are all ex-military personnel who are current, competent and qualified to provide user training and T3 courses. We also offer to carry out continuation and refresher training aspart of any package that the customer requires which is based on and tailored to fit the customer's needs, either in the UK or at a location of the customer's choice.

To help enhance T3 courses and general training, we can alsosupply any training materials required.

Maintenance Training

We are able to offer maintenance training for customers whowish to service and maintain instruments and equipment themselves. When a customer has purchased spare parts from Hall & Watts, the customer's technicians may require training on the maintenance of their equipment, either previously purchased or as a new order. Our technicians are highly experienced and knowledgeable in the maintenance of the equipment available from Hall & Watts, and are able to deliver training that meets our manufacturing standards.

This can be carried out at the customer's location in the UK or abroad.
